a. Cancellation During Initial Phase:
- If you decide to cancel the project within 4 days of signing the contract and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
b. Cancellation During Development:
- If you choose to cancel the project after work has started but before the completion of 35% of work, a partial refund may be provided, taking into account the work completed.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@m2designyield.com Provide your project details and reasons for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 15days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@m2designyield.com.
In certain circumstances, m2designyield LLC reserves the right to terminate a project. If this occurs, a prorated refund may be provided based on the work completed.

It is the client's responsibility to provide timely feedback, information, and approvals during the project. Delays caused by the client may impact the project timeline but do not make the client eligible for a refund.
